Discuss project requirements, timelines, and budget. No charge for initial consultation or site survey. b. Proposal and Quote: Receive a detailed proposal and quote after the consultation and site survey. Accept the proposal and quote in writing via email or online booking system. c. Confirmation: Receive a booking confirmation and payment schedule upon acceptance. 3. Payments a. Payment Schedule: Payments divided into installments as outlined in the proposal. Adhere to the agreed schedule to avoid delays. b. Payment Methods: Accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and other specified methods. 4. Changes and Amendments a. Client-Initiated Changes: Request changes in writing. Receive a revised proposal and quote for changes. Additional costs or time reflected in a revised invoice. b. ERA Build Ltd.-Initiated Changes: Minor changes for technical or safety reasons. Discuss significant changes with the client and document accordingly. 5. Cancellations and Refunds a. Client-Initiated Cancellations: Notify us in writing if you wish to cancel. Refunds subject to costs already incurred. b. ERA Build Ltd.-Initiated Cancellations: Cancel due to unforeseen circumstances or non-compliance with payment schedule. Full refund of payments made. 6. Project Timelines a. Start Date: Confirm start date upon receiving the initial payment. Payment delays may adjust the start date and timeline. b. Completion Date: Aim to complete within the agreed timeframe. Inform clients of delays due to uncontrollable factors. 7. Communication and Support Dedicated project manager as primary contact. Regular updates and progress reports. Clients encouraged to ask questions and raise concerns. 8. Liability and Insurance Fully insured for public and employer’s liability.
